Construction Method of Bridge Inflatable Rubber Core Mold：
Bridge inflatable rubber core molds are mainly used for forming internal cavities in precast or cast-in-place concrete structures such as hollow slab bridges and box girders. The mold is inflated to create the required shape, then deflated and removed after the concrete reaches sufficient strength. It features easy installation, lightweight design, and reusability.

Installation Steps:
Position and Fix the Core Mold
Place the inflatable rubber core mold inside the reinforcement cage according to the designed dimensions. Adjust its position and secure it with steel supports or fixing devices to prevent displacement during concrete pouring.
Inflate the Mold
Inflate the core mold through the air valve until it reaches the specified pressure and shape. Check the surface condition and ensure there is no air leakage.
Concrete Pouring
After completing reinforcement work and formwork installation, pour concrete around the inflated mold. Avoid direct contact between the vibrator and the rubber mold to prevent damage.
Concrete Curing
Cure the concrete according to project requirements. The mold should only be removed after the concrete reaches the required strength.
Deflation and Removal
Open the air valve and slowly release the air pressure. After the mold contracts, pull it out from the concrete cavity. Clean and store it properly for future use.
